How much is parking at Fairbanks International Airport?
As of the end of the year 2020, there are four options for parking at Fairbanks. The closest alternatives to the terminal are the Short-term Parking Lot and the Long-term Parking Lot.
Both lots are located in front of the terminal. Short-term parking rates are free/30-min, then $3/30-min to 1 hour, $3/each hour after the first hour (with a limit of 5 hours). After 5 hours, the rate changes to $16/day. At the Long-term Lot, the rates are free/30-min, $2/30-min to 1 hour, $11/3-4 hours, and $13/day with a 90-day maximum stay.
Behind the airport, along University Avenue South (on the East Ramp), are two additional lots – Lot 1 and Lot 2. These lots offer parking for $4/day, with 100 spots available in each. However, these two lots are not within walking distance of the terminal. They require an Uber/Lyft or Taxi ride to get to the terminal.
Handicap/Accessible Parking is located in the Short-term Parking Lot.
