About Boulevard Heights

Boulevard Heights is located in southeast Atlanta and is a densely populated urban neighborhood. It’s draw is about two hundred homes that date back to the 1920’s when the neighborhood was first founded. Zoo Atlanta and Grant Park are two attractions that are so close, one could walk to them.

Grant Park is considered one of the oldest neighborhoods in Atlanta, dating back to 1858 when a man named L.P. Grant lived in a mansion on the site. Grant Park today is 130 acres and is an exciting draw for locals and tourists alike.

Redevelopment of the neighborhood is underway to bring in more homes to expand the residential area. Currently, Boulevard Heights is quite small, with only a little more than a thousand residents within.

Nick-named “BoHo” by residents, Boulevard Heights is considered an Atlanta Beltline neighborhood.
