About South Boise Village

South Boise Village is a quaint little community with just a population of about 1500 people. This neighborhood is within Ada County, one of the best areas to live in all of Idaho. Residents here rent, rather than purchase their homes, however, that doesn’t stop this neighborhood from feeling like a small town within the larger Boise city limits.

If you’re hungry or thirsty, restaurants and bars abound, as well as coffee shops and parks. This neighborhood has mostly conservative values and hosts several young professionals and small families just starting out. Schools in this area have high marks and over all, this community is well-liked and nestled within Boise proper.
