We created NOSON to make it simple and affordable for people to get to the airport. As Uber and Lyft become more relevant for all types of travelers, we want to help our partners in the transportation and parking industries thrive. We believe there are many lessons to be learned from the airline, hotel, and taxi industries. Common lessons include avoiding price wars, differentiating your product's brand, and looking at true data and trends to predict the future.
At NOSON we survey our travelers and compile a NPS (net promoter score), and always make sure we are in the 90th percentile. If we aren't, we know we need to make changes. We let the NPS customer data guide our business decisions, and do the same with our partner data, future partner data, and industry trends.
