One studio that could really use your support is woman-owned Riversoul Yoga in Milford. Due to the pandemic, the owner unfortunately was unable to renew her lease for the studio this summer. However, she is offering online yoga classes for $10 to drop in or $25 for monthly unlimited.

One local organization offering live virtual classes is Jersey Strong.
