Check out the Museum of Natural Curiosity, then head to the Butterfly Biosphere, before meeting and feeding the animals at the working farm on the property. Kids will especially love the magical Butterfly Biosphere, with hundreds of butterflies fluttering all around them.

George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park

At the Dinosaur Park, you’ll wonder if you haven’t accidentally wandered into Jurassic Park, but don’t worry, these dinosaurs are only replicas. Still, they are exciting, and with more than 100 Dinosaur replicas throughout the park, you will feel as though you stepped back in time. It is the perfect place for kids who love all things Dinosaur. They even have a museum on the property with real-life dinosaur fossils and interactive exhibits.

Wheeler Historic Farm

Nestled at the foot of several mountains are this beautiful farm and regional park that will show you all the unique, wonderful facets of farm life. You and the kids can take a wagon ride, see a milking demonstration, walk the trails surrounding the property, or take a farmhouse tour. Inside the Rosebud Country Store, you’ll find local goods for sale, including some absolutely delicious foods. The Playground Fort at the farm is also extremely popular with the kids. Wheeler Historic Farm is a great place to take the kids when you want to combine play, education, and a little bit of adventure, and it is especially great for any nature and animal lovers.

Lagoon Amusement Park

Roller Coasters and Amusement Parks are always a family favorite, and Lagoon Amusement Park certainly delivers all you’d want for an exciting day under the sun. With several attractions to choose from, there is something for everyone, no matter their age. There are teacups and merry-go-rounds for the younger kids, Roller coasters, and water rides like the Rattlesnake Rapids for older kids, along with special performances and a pioneer village that transports you to the Wild West.
