Whether going 18 or just a relaxed round of mini-golf, taking the family out to the green is a great way to make the most of the June weather! Como Golf Course is a beautiful 18-hole course neighboring the gorgeous Como Park Zoo and Conservatory, including practice greens and a pub on-site, while Highland Park is a great alternative nine-course format. The Can Can Wonderland is a better option for families with younger travelers, featuring outlandish and colorful backdrops in the charming Hamline Midway neighborhood. Last but not least, the Walker Art Museum has a lesser known mini golf course on its outdoor terrace, also providing for great views of the Minneapolis skyline.

With bountiful vendors, live music, artisans, performances and of course, delicious food galore, the Stone Arch Bridge Festival is a great way to spoil Dad to one of Minneapolis’s most celebrated traditions. Back to the 50’s Weekend
Another highlight for car lovers is the Back to the 50’s Weekend, one of the largest showcases of antique cars in the Midwest, also including live entertainment, music, crafts and food. Take the family down to the Minnesota State Fairgrounds for this event celebrating Americana and American Car Culture.
